Partnership Tax Return (Form1065) Deadline.

Individual Tax Return (Form 1040) Deadline or request an automatic six-month extension of time to file. Pay any tax that is due, even if you file a 6-month extension of time to file.

Estimated Income tax due for Ist Quarter of 2008 (Form1040ES).
April 30:
- Employers who owe Federal payroll taxes should file Form 941 for the first quarter, 2008 and pay the tax due.
- Employers should file State withholding and State unemployment tax returns for the first quarter 2008.
June 15:
THIRD QUARTER, 2008
July 15:
July 31:
- Employers who owe Federal payroll taxes should file Form 941 for the second quarter, 2008 and pay the tax due.
- Employers should file State withholding and State unemployment tax returns for the second quarter 2008.
September 15:
- Corporations which took automatic 6-month extension should file corporate tax returns. NO MORE EXTENSIONS.
- Estimated Income Tax Due for third quarter 2008(Form1040ES)

| FOURTH QUARTER, 2008 |

October 15:
- Individuals who were given an additional six-month extension on April 15 should file individual tax returns. NO MORE EXTENSIONS.
- Partnerships which were given an additional three-month extension on July 15 should file individual tax returns. NO MORE EXTENSIONS.
October 31:
- Employers who owe Federal payroll taxes should file Form 941 for the fourth quarter, 2008 and pay the tax due.
- Employers should file State withholding and State unemployment tax returns for the fourth quarter 2008.
December 15:
- Corporations must pay the fourth installment of estimated taxes.
