Our firm, Raj Maruvada & Associates, P.C., has evolved out of solo practice by Raj Maruvada. Raj Maruvada is a Certified Public Accountant with over thirty years of diversified experience in industry and practice. Raj has graduated with an MBA (Finance) from St. Joseph's University, Pennsylvania. The firm has developed it’s staff to be professionals, and has recruited Chartered Accountants and CPA Candidates. He have also successfully completed three-year program in "Representation and Practice before the Internal Revenue Service" and become a "Fellow" of the National Tax Practice Institute.
In 2006, we have created "Maruvada, Sikka & Nagendra, LLC" which made a platform for KJ Sikka who was a vice president of Raj Maruvada & Associates, PC for over 8 years and now a partner in MS &N LLC. He brings a lot of expertise in the field of taxation.
Kawaljit (KJ) S. Sikka is a Enrolled Agent – the taxpayer’s tax expert, Accredited Tax Advisor and Certified Senior Advisor. KJ has graduated from West Chester University, Pennsylvania with “Bachelor of Science in Accounting”. He is a professional tax practitioner who specializes in taxes, and is licensed by the Federal government as an "EA" to represent the taxpayers before the IRS for audits, collections, and appeals. He has been preparing and filing the tax returns for Individuals, Businesses and Partnerships for over 10 years. He holds "ATA" credential from Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation who accredits professionals in independent practice who have demostrated measurable knowledge of principles, practices and ethical standards of accounting, taxation and related financial services. He hold a "CSA" designation who works with seniors on their various issues dealing with aging. Issues like: Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Tax Planning etc.. He have also successfully completed three-year program in "Representation and Practice before the Internal Revenue Service" and become a "Fellow" of the National Tax Practice Institute.

Our Fees: We have one of the most reasonable rates in the industry. Initial consultation is free. For the most part we charge flat fees mutually agreed upon with the client, and are very competitive. The flat fee covers all services agreed upon and related consultations. In special situations our charges are based upon time, effort and complexity of the issues involved.
